We take apart a Sega Dreamcast and tell you why YOU are killing your own controller ports.

He's taking donations for his legal fund, and is trying to get the suit dismissed. This also leads to a very interesting email, which sounds like a veiled threat. Then we take calls about the PS3 and Magicka.

There are compelling arguments for both sides, and we were all looking forward to hearing what a judge would say. Unfortunately, that's not happening now. The drama, for now, is over.
