GameStop Pre-owned Lawsuit, Xbox Live Home Gold

GameStop has been sued over pre-owned games costing more than new games (due to online passes) by the same guy who sued Subway over an inch of sandwich.
Microsoft announced Xbox Live Home Gold for the Xbox One, where every gamertag on the "home" console of a Gold account will have all of the Gold features without having to buy them separately. This will replace the recently discontinued Family Pack.
The midpoint break is a tribute to the 1993 PC Demo Second Reality by Future Crew, which came out 20 years ago. The source code is now available on GitHub!
Then we take calls about the new TMNT games, Disney Infinity, and Oculus Rift porn.

But, you can join the VOG Network group on Steam even after May 15th! Minecraft 360 has broken sales records on Xbox Live Arcade, but announcing that has shown there might have been some preferential treatment. We also talk a little bit about the game (impressions from the demo) and how it is different from the PC version. If you want to buy games on Steam, but don't want to use your credit or debit card, you now have an alternative...And neither side is too happy about it. The Xbox 360 is rumored to get Internet Explorer 9 with Kinect support. Information about the real money auction house in Diablo 3 has been released...And we talk about how much money Blizzard will take in from each successful sale. We don't take many calls because we were recording on Mother's Day, but one person called in just to call, so we talked about The Pirate Bay telling Anonymous to stop censoring other people.
