PAX Prime Sold Out, Germany Bans Xbox 360

Hope you didn't want to go to Seattle over Labor Day, as PAX Prime badges completely sold out in mere hours. (Dragon*con memberships are still available!)
There was a snafu for the iOS game Rock Band, where they claimed the app would be disabled on May 31st, and then EA Mobile reversed their stance.
Germany has banned the Xbox 360 as well as other Microsoft products due to a patent dispute on the H.264 video codec.
Microsoft has announced a $99 Xbox 360 that is subsidized by two years of Xbox Live...And it's NOT a deal.
Then we take calls about PAX Prime, the $99 Xbox, and EA's Indie Bundle.

But, you can join the VOG Network group on Steam even after May 15th! Minecraft 360 has broken sales records on Xbox Live Arcade, but announcing that has shown there might have been some preferential treatment. We also talk a little bit about the game (impressions from the demo) and how it is different from the PC version. If you want to buy games on Steam, but don't want to use your credit or debit card, you now have an alternative...And neither side is too happy about it. The Xbox 360 is rumored to get Internet Explorer 9 with Kinect support. Information about the real money auction house in Diablo 3 has been released...And we talk about how much money Blizzard will take in from each successful sale. We don't take many calls because we were recording on Mother's Day, but one person called in just to call, so we talked about The Pirate Bay telling Anonymous to stop censoring other people.
