Interviews with Phoenix Online Studios (The Silver Lining) and MechCorps

This is a non-live episode due to not wanting to compete with the big football game going on in the US on this particular Sunday. So, we're re-airing interviews during our live-only hiatus in 2010!

The first interview is with Cesar Bittar, Michael Fortunado, and Katie Hallahan from Phoenix Online Studios, creators of The Silver Lining, the King's Quest fan continuation.
The second interview is with Phrogg from MechCorps, one of the many companies offering the BattleTech Pod experience to the current generation of gamers.

And as promised, the following is a YouTube video of the Superbowl Halftime Show in 2000 - Disney's "Millenium" celebration - in which Bobby Blackwolf was one of the drummers. The images below show where you can spot him!

Sony has announced that they will ban consoles from PSN if they are jailbroken, and have sued the man who brought the code out. He's taking donations for his legal fund, and is trying to get the suit dismissed. This also leads to a very interesting email, which sounds like a veiled threat. Then we take calls about the PS3 and Magicka.

The corporations feel that they should determine how and where you use your hardware, consumers feel differently. There are compelling arguments for both sides, and we were all looking forward to hearing what a judge would say. Unfortunately, that's not happening now. The drama, for now, is over.
