PS Home Rumors, IGF Preview Part 2
- We start off by waxing poetically about old videotapes found of E3s gone by, and about the video already up on Youtube showing Nintendos face mapping technology in 2003.
- Coming up this week is the Game Developers Conference, and the big rumor is that Sony will announce something called "PS Home" which is a combination of Achievements, Miis, and 2K Sports Cribs.
- However, posting this rumor got a respected gaming site in trouble!
- Sony seems to be ready to rumble by settling the force feedback patent dispute with Immersion.
- Datel has released a mass-market Nintendo DS cart to allow for easy access to DS homebrew.
- GameTap has launched their GameTap Indies label and will give three development studios contracts at the upcoming GDC.
