PlanetXbox360.com uncovered the Xbox Live pricing plans from a French website that reportedly had scans of promotional material. It meshes with what you can find at EBGames.
We went to Dragon*con 2005 and interviewed Terri Perkins from Funcom about Anarchy Online: Lost Eden, Dreamfall, and Age of Conan.
Gamespot reported that Activision tried to "kill off" independent developer Spark Unlimited after they finished Call of Duty: Finest Hour.
In sad news, Myst developer Cyan Studios closed their doors based on a blog post by employee "Grey Dragon."

Sony has announced that they will ban consoles from PSN if they are jailbroken, and have sued the man who brought the code out. He's taking donations for his legal fund, and is trying to get the suit dismissed. This also leads to a very interesting email, which sounds like a veiled threat. Then we take calls about the PS3 and Magicka.

The corporations feel that they should determine how and where you use your hardware, consumers feel differently. There are compelling arguments for both sides, and we were all looking forward to hearing what a judge would say. Unfortunately, that's not happening now. The drama, for now, is over.
