Plague, Inc Not Educational, Muting Isn't 1st Amendment Violation

We start off with some viewer comments about why cosmetic DLC is okay now but might not have been in the days of Oblivion Horse Armor.
The developers of the mobile game Plague, Inc. have begged people to not learn about how diseases spread solely from their game, and instead look to real scientific institutions.
A US Federal Court has declared that being muted in a video game does not violate an American's first amendment right to free speech.
Psyonix has announced that Rocket League will no longer support MacOS and Linux after a patch in March. They are offering refunds of the game, but not of any DLC.
Then we have chat topics about if everyone still hates the PS3 (we don't) and about how companies may take their new game showcases to the people instead of attending E3.

But, you can join the VOG Network group on Steam even after May 15th! Minecraft 360 has broken sales records on Xbox Live Arcade, but announcing that has shown there might have been some preferential treatment. We also talk a little bit about the game (impressions from the demo) and how it is different from the PC version. If you want to buy games on Steam, but don't want to use your credit or debit card, you now have an alternative...And neither side is too happy about it. The Xbox 360 is rumored to get Internet Explorer 9 with Kinect support. Information about the real money auction house in Diablo 3 has been released...And we talk about how much money Blizzard will take in from each successful sale. We don't take many calls because we were recording on Mother's Day, but one person called in just to call, so we talked about The Pirate Bay telling Anonymous to stop censoring other people.
